Brief about the posts!
As an intern, you will be attached to the hotel management department where you will assist in the Hotel’s daily responsibilities on an assigned area based on your requirements. You will assist in foreseeing marketing activities, customer service and relationships, Housekeeping, events, food and beverages as well as other hotel lines of operations. You will be attached to a colleague who will be your mentor during work. With this mentor you will learn the work and who will try to make your time at work as comfortable as possible.

In Tanzania Hotel business is booming. our clients are four star hotels who are among the expensive hotels whose guests come from all over the world and require a specific presentation from the employers. As an intern, you will also be expected to bring forth your innovations at work as well as new ways of doing things in the department.

A programme fee will be charged per month for your internship. The fee will cover your accommodation in a shared room with one other colleague, breakfast and dinner, transport to work (if your work place is over 45 minutes away), support and operation costs, application processing and hotel supervision fees. You are responsible of your Air ticket, medical insurances, visa application costs and finances in case you will need to do any touristic travels or activities outside the internship programme in Tanzania.
